Breathe Me

This song's video is interesting, but I can't watch it. It gives me a headache. I nearly missed out on how amazing this song is because of it. I probably never would have become such a big fan if it hadn't been featured in the finale of Six Feet Under (A show that went out on top by the way). About the only show I've liked more in recent memory than Six Feet Under was Deadwood, which those morons at HBO decided not to finish, thus removing my incentive to ever watch an HBO series again.

Six Feet

My reaction to this tune is similar to the one I get when I hear "Stuck in the Middle with You" on the radio while I'm driving. For that one, I keep picturing actor John Madsen cupping actor Tim Roth's detached ear in his hand saying, "I can't hear you..."while "Stuck in the Middle" is playing. As it regards this tune and Six Feet, I can say unequivocally that the last few minutes of that show are probably one of the most profound pieces of film in the history of film.

At least we have Dexter now on Showtime. Brilliantly written, tremendous acting.

The Deadwood fiasco caused by HBO was an outrage. They cut that show for "John from Cincinnati". Geez, good call HBO. What a bunch of dopes. Almost as bad as when they dangled 18 month carrots in front of us while they got another "Sopranos" season on the air.

Have I said too much?

Deadwood was my favorite show on Television at the time by far. By leaving me hanging they not only didn't get my continued watching, they also caused me to refuse to watch any of their other series since they might just cancel them without a finale.
