I had completely forgotten about this song until it happened to come up on Pandora (Yes, I listen to Pandora now after the ignominious demise of Launchcast and my thousands of ratings...don't get me started.) I think we all heard this a few times back in the 80's but couldn't really remember anything about it. Well it's Peter Schilling ("Major Tom" guy) and it's AWESOME. Synthpop rules my world sometimes...
