I'm sure I've got more angst music I can summon up, but I'd like to move on to other subjects, so we'll end on the only thing that Danzig did post-Misfits that compared to his prior work. He still had a bit of Misfits influence in him at this point, even looking at the album cover reminds one of the Misfits. I'm fairly convinced that I would not have enjoyed hanging out with Glenn Danzig, but he made a good song or two.

Angstorama
Jim Morrison would be proud.
I always thought there were similarities with Danzig and these guys...maybe it's me, but I think the vocals and the power behind them are very much alike:

Furthermore
There's some Iggy Pop in there, too.
Stop me before I sub-reference again, but check this unlikely pair:

The Morrison Comparison
I always thought the Cult was the much better comparison than Danzig. Danzig kind of sounds like him, Ian Astbury had the imagery and everything. Great links by the way!
so you dug the links
Glad you enjoyed them.
I lost it when Waitts says, "I performed a tracheotomy with a ballpoint pen...it was a medical morning..."
And Iggy's facial expressions are everything!
Jim Jarmusch
Has made a lot of great movies, "Dead Man" is by far my favorite though!
